I love this reader and have WANTED it to be my one and only reader for a long time but I always find myself back using Moon+. One feature it desperately needs is an indicator of the reading location within the chapter. Moon+ does this well and I'd love to see this in Mantano! Kindle and FBReader do this feature well but are lacking in many other ways. In 2012 Mantano said "As for your feature request, it is a fact that this chapter progression idea seems to be quite popular. It is in our to-do list but we can't give an ETA because our roadmap is currently extremely busy. We hope being able to implement it sooner or later..." Sadly more recently they changed their mind and say "Unfortunately, the marketing team says that this feature does not fit into our product strategy."

Edit: no longer works on Android 12 (Galaxy S22), however it can be downloaded from the bookari website in the description. Apparently they have some technical issue which prevents them from updating the app on the Google Playstore. Go download the .apk from the website instead.

This is the best e-reader I have found and I've looked at many. This is well worth paying for.

It's keeps saying the app is designed for an older version of android. I paid for an app that I can't use anymore 😡
I do not know why the new version compatible with Andorid 10 is not in Play Store. I less understand why if there is a new version that could be installed from the Bookari website you do not explain it clearly here or in your website. I tried to install it from the website, but I didn't find the way. Then, I changed it for other Apps. I teste almos any other App, PoketBook work pretty well, but I was always desiring to return to Bookari that is much better. In the end I returned tu the option of trying to install Bookari from the website. I spent too much time trying again and again. And at last it worked PLEASE PUT CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE POSIBLE TO INSTALL BOOKARI. And do not stop improving and updating you App, the only thing you need is to promote the product better.
